Welcome! My name is Patrice, owner of Face Forward With Fashion. I provide corrective skincare facials in Columbia, SC. Our focus is to enhance one’s self through beauty and skincare. We look forward to helping you on your skincare journey, whether it be maintenance or corrective treatments. What does contraindication mean? A: Anything (including a symptom or medical condition) that is a reason for a person to not receive a particular treatment or procedure because it may be harmful. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your health and the health of all of our clients matters to us. To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, Face Forward With Fashion asks that you provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason. CHILDREN AND GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE STUDIO. Your appointment is very important to us. A deposit is paid to secure your appointment. We hold your appointment just for you and count on you showing up on time, alone. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and we’ll do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if you arrive late, with children or guests, or cancel with less than 24hrs, 100% of service price will be added as a booking fee to be paid in full before future bookings can be made. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and booking fees. Reminder emails and texts are a courtesy. Clients will generally be allowed a 5 minute grace period. If your service needs to be adjusted due to your late arrival, full service fees still apply. To change or cancel an existing appointment before the 24 hour time frame, please contact us at info@faceforwardwfashion.com or reschedule your appointment online. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. I acknowledge that I have received and understand Face Forward With Fashion’s cancellation and rescheduling policy and agree that I will be responsible for paying 100% of service price in the event that I fail to provide Face Forward With Fashion with at least 24-hours notice before changing or canceling my appointment.
